Send your portfolio and the asset types and software you know. CRE OM experience is a plus, not a hard requirement.
STEP 02
Screening rebuild
A short, paid-on-pass test: rebuild a sample spread to brief and spec. This is the vetting gate every client relies on.
STEP 03
Onboard
Set your capacity, asset preferences and turnaround. You see only deals you can actually take.
STEP 04
Build & get paid
Accept a briefed deal, produce against the template, pass QA, get paid your share on delivery. Repeat.
We're building the bench deliberately — applications are reviewed in batches as broker demand grows, so vetted operators always have real work waiting.
What we look for
Craft first. CRE fluency is teachable.
- Fluent in InDesign — paragraph/object styles, master pages, data merge or scripting
- An eye for brand fidelity and long-document typesetting
- Comfortable with financial tables, charts and print specs
- Reliable on deadlines and clear in async communication

We won't quote you a monthly income or promise a deal volume — the network is early, and honesty is the point. What we will say: the take-rate is operator-favorable by design, the work is real OM production (not spec gambling), and every test that passes is paid. As demand grows, so does the queue.
