Is the 24-hour turnaround real?
For a standard, single-asset OM with a complete intake, next business day is the SLA target. The clock starts when your intake is complete — not when it's half-filled and waiting on a financial model. Portfolios and genuinely complex deals get an explicit timeline up front, so you're never surprised.
Do you use our branding or a generic template?
Yours, always. The first step is a one-time brand template setup where we rebuild your firm's OM as a maintained master in InDesign — covers, grid, type system, section structure. Every OM after that is laid into it, so the work reads as your firm's, because it is.
Who actually builds the document?
A vetted operator from our bench — a production designer screened specifically on OM rebuilds and InDesign automation, not a generalist freelancer. They work against your locked template, and a separate reviewer runs every document through a QA gate before it reaches you.
How do you handle our deal data and confidentiality?
Deal data is shared only with the matched operator and the QA reviewer, under confidentiality terms, and used solely to produce your OM. We're happy to sign your firm's NDA before any deal is submitted, and we don't reuse or resell your data, financials or imagery.
What does pricing look like?
Per-document OMs run $1,500–$4,000 depending on complexity, brokerage retainers are $3,000–$6,000/month, and a one-time brand template setup is $2,500. Per-document work is billed as a 50% deposit to start with the balance invoiced on delivery; retainers are billed monthly. Full detail is on the pricing page.
How many revisions are included?
One revision round on Standard, two on Professional, and revisions through to launch on Premium. On a retainer, revisions are included within your monthly OM allowance. Genuinely new scope — a re-shoot, a re-modeled financials section — is quoted separately and transparently.
Can your operators work in our existing InDesign files?
Yes — that's usually the starting point. Template setup typically begins from your existing OM file so the maintained master matches what your firm already ships. You keep the editable source for every document we produce.
What if a deal is too complex for a one-day turn?
We tell you before you pay. The intake review flags portfolio roll-ups, unusual data, or heavy custom sections, and you get a realistic timeline and the Premium scope up front. We'd rather set an honest two- or three-day expectation than miss a promised 24 hours.
I build OMs — how does joining the bench work?
You apply, complete a screening rebuild, and once vetted you're matched to deals that fit your speed and asset experience. You keep the large majority of each document fee — the platform take-rate is 20% at scale — and we handle client acquisition, QA and payments. Details on the operators page.
