Is the 24-hour turnaround real?
For a standard, single-asset OM with a complete intake, yes — next business day is the SLA target. Portfolios and complex deals get an explicit timeline up front. The clock starts when your intake is complete, not when it's half-filled, and brand template setup happens once before your first deal.
Do you use our branding or a generic template?
Yours. The first step is a one-time template setup where we rebuild your firm's OM as a maintained master. Every OM after that is laid into your covers, grid, type and section structure. It reads as your firm's work because it is.
Who actually builds the document?
A vetted operator from our bench — a production designer screened specifically on OM rebuilds and InDesign automation. They work against your locked template, and every document passes an internal QA gate before it reaches you.
Per-document or retainer — which should I pick?
