Effective 2026-01-01. These terms govern your use of Nexora Aero (the "platform") operated by Nexora Aero Inc. ("Nexora", "we", "our").
By using Nexora Aero, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. We may update these terms; we'll give 30 days notice for material changes.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per individual; team accounts must be set up via the team flow.
When a buyer places an order, the order price is charged immediately and held in escrow. Funds release to the seller when the buyer accepts the delivery, or automatically 3 days after delivery if the buyer takes no action. See our buyer protection policy for refund rules.
Buyers pay a 5% service fee on top of the gig price. Sellers receive 90% of the gig price (Nexora retains 10%). Payment processor fees may apply for certain methods; see our fees page for the current schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing on the order page, sellers transfer full ownership of the delivered work product to the buyer upon order acceptance. Sellers retain the right to reuse generic, non-derivative components (libraries, utility code) in other work.
You may not use Nexora Aero to: build automations for illegal activity, scrape personal data in violation of applicable law, or harass other users. Violations may result in immediate account termination and removal of work products.
Both parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in the order chat. If unresolved within 7 days, either party may open a Nexora dispute ticket and our team will mediate within 3 business days.
Nexora's liability for any claim is capped at the lesser of (a) the total fees paid by you in the prior 12 months, or (b) US $1,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
We may update these terms. Material updates are emailed to all account holders 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
