You're protected on every order. Escrow holds the payment, you control acceptance, and a 14-day refund window covers the unusual cases.
The moment you place an order, your payment is charged but held in escrow — not released to the seller. Funds release only when you accept the delivery, or after the auto-accept window (3 days post-delivery) if you take no action.
You can request a full refund at any point in the first 14 days after placing the order, for any of these reasons:
Both parties should first try to resolve in the order chat. If unresolved after 7 days, either party can open a Nexora dispute. Our specialist team reviews the brief, message history, and delivery — and decides within 3 business days. We refund or release based on the evidence, not the relationship.
Sellers will sign your NDA on request before any sensitive scope is shared. Upon order acceptance, the seller transfers full ownership of the deliverable to you. Read the full IP clause in our Terms.
3-D Secure on all card transactions. Suspicious order patterns automatically flagged for review. Verified sellers only — every seller passes identity verification before publishing.
