Create a free account at auth.html. Browse services, message sellers before ordering, and pay only when you're ready. All orders are escrow-protected and refundable for 14 days.
From any service page, pick a package (Basic / Standard / Premium) and click Continue. You'll go through our checkout (card, PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe or crypto) and land on the order workspace.
All order communication happens inside the order workspace. Sellers reply within 2–24 hours; top-rated sellers under 2 hours.
Buyers pay a 5% service fee on top of the gig price. Sellers receive 90% of the gig price.
You have 14 days from the order placement to request a refund if the seller hasn't delivered or the delivery doesn't match the agreed scope. Open a dispute from the order workspace.
Funds clear on order acceptance and are available for withdrawal after 2 days (fraud window). Withdraw via PayPal, Wise or bank wire.

If you need a tool that isn't supported, ask support to enable it — don't try to route the order off-platform. Off-platform orders forfeit escrow protection.
The marketplace exposes a public read API for gigs and a webhook channel for order lifecycle events. Reach support@nexoraaero.com for an API key and a copy of the OpenAPI spec.
