Only 2 Rescue Week slots / month

Your templates are locked. Your backlog is cleared. By Friday.

BrandLock is a one-week engagement for brand teams drowning in on-brand variant requests. We ship you a locked InDesign/Illustrator guardrail panel — so off-brand becomes impossible — and a batch of on-brand variants that clears the backlog. Five days, fixed scope.

Every variant is generated from the locked master — same logo safe-zone, type and colour rules — and validated before it lands in the backlog folder. Illustrative batch.

Why a week beats another hire

Three things change the moment the panel is locked.

You don't get a tool to learn or a contractor to manage. You get guardrails that make off-brand impossible and a backlog that's already cleared when we hand over.

Off-brand becomes impossible

Logo safe-zones, type scales, colour tokens and clear-space are locked into the panel. A teammate can move fast and still can't break the brand — the guardrail snaps it back.

The backlog clears in the same week

We don't just hand you a panel and leave. Inside the five days we batch-produce the on-brand variants stacked in your queue, so Friday's status is "cleared", not "in progress".

No new headcount required

Built for frozen org charts. The panel lets your existing team self-serve compliant variants, and the optional retainer absorbs overflow — without a req, an agency or a contractor to babysit.

The variant trap

Every "can you just resize this on-brand?" lands on the same desk.

01 / UNCAPPED DEMAND

Requests scale, the team doesn't

More channels, more markets, more sizes — every one is "just a quick on-brand version." The queue grows faster than anyone can clear it.

02 / BRAND POLICE

You're the bottleneck and the cop

Either you make every variant yourself, or you spend the day catching off-brand logos, wrong fonts and stretched lockups in other people's files.

03 / FROZEN HEADCOUNT

No req is coming to save you

The obvious fix — hire — is off the table. So the backlog becomes permanent and the brand quietly drifts at the edges where nobody had time to check.

BrandLock doesn't sell magic — it removes the two jobs eating your week (make every variant, police every file) by locking the rules into the tool and clearing the queue once.

The week, at a glance

Five days. One locked panel. A cleared queue.

Fixed scope, fixed timeline. Here's the shape of a Rescue Week — the full breakdown lives on the how-it-works page.

MON

Lock the rules

We capture your brand book as machine-checkable rules: safe-zones, type, colour, clear-space.

TUE

Build the panel

The guardrail UXP panel is wired into InDesign/Illustrator and tested against your worst files.

WED–THU

Clear the backlog

We batch-produce the on-brand variants in your queue from the locked master, validated as we go.

FRI

Hand over

You get the locked panel, the cleared variant batch and a 30-minute team walkthrough.

AFTER

Stay clear

Keep seats on the panel and an optional retainer so the queue never piles up again.

Pricing

Start with the week. Stay clear with the panel.

Common questions

The short version.

What does "locked" actually mean?

Your brand rules — logo safe-zone and minimum size, the approved type scale, colour tokens, and clear-space — are built into a UXP panel inside InDesign/Illustrator. When someone nudges the logo off-brand, the panel flags it and can snap it back to a compliant state. The creative freedom stays; the brand-breaking part is fenced off.

Is the backlog really cleared in one week?

We scope the backlog with you before the week starts and agree exactly which variant set is in scope for the five days. Because the variants are generated from one locked master rather than hand-built one by one, a large batch is realistic. If your queue is bigger than a single week, we'll tell you up front and size it as a Rescue Week plus an overflow batch — never an open-ended promise.

Do we need to buy new software or hire anyone?

No. The panel runs inside the Adobe apps your team already uses, via Adobe's UXP plug-in system. It's designed for frozen-headcount teams: existing people self-serve compliant variants, and the optional retainer absorbs overflow — no req, no agency.

What happens after the week?

You keep the locked panel. To keep it live for your team and get rule updates as the brand evolves, seats are $90/seat/mo (minimum 5). If you'd rather we keep producing variants, the retainer is $2,500/mo with $1,500 overflow batches. Both are optional — the week stands on its own.
