How it works

From file sample to automation plan in about a week.

No discovery-call marathon, no platform onboarding. You send a representative file and a tracker export; we send back a measured, prioritized plan you own.

1
Day 0 · ~15 min

Book & send your sample

Pick a tier and pay a 50% deposit. Then upload one representative document (InDesign IDML, Illustrator, or a Figma frame) and a project-tracker export covering a few recent weeks. That's the whole intake.

2
Days 1–3

The engine detects the patterns

Our audit engine inspects the editable layers and your output history, then surfaces findings in three categories: data-merge (hand-typed structured fields), repeated-variant (rebuilt resizes & locales), and brand-violation (off-palette colors, fallback fonts). A human reviews every flag.

3
Day 4

We model the hours — conservatively

Each finding gets a current-hours figure and a removable portion, discounted to a 70% confidence band. You see total hours, reclaimable hours, and the dollar value at your blended cost — never an inflated headline.

4
Day 5

You get the report & the choice

A findings report, a prioritized 90-day roadmap, and (on Scale) an engineer-ready build spec. Balance is invoiced now. Then you decide: build in-house with the plan, hand it to our vetted bench, or do nothing. Your call, every time.

The deliverables

What lands in your inbox.

A

The hours model

A structured savings model: per-finding current hours, removable hours, and cost — with a conservative band and every assumption stated.

B

The findings report

Plain-language write-up of each opportunity, ranked by ROI and confidence, with the evidence (which files, which fields) behind every call.

C

A starter automation script

A working snippet for your highest-yield finding (e.g. an InDesign data-merge starter) so you can see the fix is real, not theoretical.

What we won't do. We won't promise a fixed percentage of savings before we've seen your files. We won't lock you into a retainer. And if the data shows your team is already efficient, the report will say exactly that.

The audit's value is a defensible number and a clear next step — whatever direction that points.
