What counts as an "export"?

An export is each time you download, copy, or share a visual in a final format — SVG, PNG, PDF, Figma, Notion, Keynote, or PowerPoint. Re-generating the same visual or making edits in the canvas is free and unlimited on every plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Per-unit credits never expire and can be used alongside any subscription.

Do you offer a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll get full Studio access during the trial, then auto-fall to your chosen tier when it ends (or cancel anytime).

BYO API keys — what does that mean?

Studio and Atelier Pro let you plug in your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, or OpenRouter API keys. You pay model costs directly to the provider — Visora never marks them up. Your keys are stored locally in your browser, never on our servers.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes — annual billing saves 20% across all plans. Spark becomes $2.40/mo, Studio $4/mo, Atelier Pro $8/mo per seat. Toggle the switch above to see annual prices.

Do you offer team / enterprise plans?

For teams of 10+ we offer custom pricing with SSO, audit logs, custom legal terms, dedicated CSM, and SLAs. Email us and we'll set you up.

What happens if I exceed my export limit?

You'll be notified at 80% and 100%. After 100%, additional exports are billed at the per-unit rate ($0.30 each) until your cycle resets. No surprises — you can also set a hard cap in settings.

Refund policy?

30-day money-back guarantee on any annual plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and you keep access through the end of the cycle. Per-unit credits are refundable within 30 days if unused.
