Floor plan in · listing suite out

Drop a floor plan. Get the whole listing suite, print-ready.

Your coordinators shouldn’t rebuild a brochure from a raw CAD export for every listing. PlanForge ingests a floor plan or site-plan and produces a fully branded marketing suite — brochure, flyer, spec sheet and social — on your template, at batch scale. You approve every piece before it prints.

Drop a floor plan. Get a styled brochure cover + listing-suite spec sheet.

Paste a listing link, an address, or a plan filename. We synthesize a brand-matched brochure cover and a listing-suite spec sheet so you can see the format in seconds. It’s a demo of the output — the real suite is built from your actual floor plan and photos.

The transformation

Same plan. Same listing. The difference is whether it’s on-brand by lunch or three days late.

Listings win on speed-to-market and polish. The marketing suite is the bottleneck — and the thing your coordinators are stuck rebuilding by hand, listing after listing.

Before · The rebuild-every-time grind
×
Hours per listing in Canva / InDesign
Coordinators re-typeset the same brochure from a raw plan export every single time a home goes live.
×
A CAD export nobody can read
The DWG/PDF is full of XREFs and layer noise — useless to a buyer, ugly on a flyer.
×
Off-brand, inconsistent output
Every agent’s flyer looks different; the brokerage brand erodes listing by listing.
×
Outsourced = slow & pricey
A freelance designer is a multi-day round-trip and a per-piece bill that doesn’t scale across a pipeline.

Why PlanForge

It’s not a template pack. It’s a production line that turns plans into branded collateral — with you in the loop.

01

A plan in, a full suite out

Drop a floor plan, CAD or site-plan export plus your photos and MLS details. PlanForge redraws the plan clean and lays out the entire suite — brochure, flyer, spec sheet, sign card and social — instead of your team building each one by hand.

02

Print-ready & consistent, automatically

Every piece comes out at print resolution with correct bleeds, the listing facts in sync across the set, and your standard disclaimers in place. Change a price once and the whole suite updates — no stale spec on the back of the flyer.

03

On your brand, under your sign-off

Your fonts, colors, logo and layout are the template. PlanForge drafts the copy and the layout; you review and approve every piece before anything goes to print. Speed and batch scale without surrendering brand control.

Built for listing & marketing teams

For the person who owns the listing calendar — and the brand.

Listing coordinators and marketing directors at residential & new-development brokerages — and homebuilder/developer marketing teams — feel this every week: a home is ready to go live, and the collateral is the thing standing between you and market. PlanForge turns suite production from an hours-per-listing grind into a few minutes of review.

Directional, comparing a hand-built multi-piece suite to a PlanForge draft. Your mileage depends on listing complexity and how clean your plan export and photos are.

Three ways to buy

Per-listing when volume is lumpy. Subscription when it’s steady. A package when it’s a whole community.

Order a single suite for $150–$400 (50% deposit, balance on delivery). Run steady volume on a brokerage subscription, $300–$1,200/mo. Or hand us a whole development: developer site-plan packages, $1,500–$5,000.

Honest answers

The questions listing teams ask first

Do I have to give you a perfect CAD file?
No. A floor plan as a PDF, an image, or a builder’s DWG/DXF export all work. We clean it up and redraw a buyer-friendly plan. If a plan is genuinely unreadable we’ll tell you before we start — no surprise charges. The free preview on this page needs nothing but an address or filename.
Will it actually match our brand and template?
Yes — that’s the point. We set up your fonts, colors, logo, layout and standard disclaimers as the template once, then every suite comes out on-brand. The output is print-ready artwork you’d be proud to hand a seller, not a generic flyer.
How is this different from Canva or a freelance designer?
A Canva template still needs someone to re-typeset every listing for an hour; a freelancer is a slow round-trip with a per-piece bill. PlanForge redraws the plan, lays out the whole suite and drafts the copy for you, in-house, in minutes — and it scales across a pipeline, not one listing at a time. You stay in control and just review.
Is my plan and brand kit safe?
Your files stay yours. We don’t resell your floor plans or brand assets, and nothing is published until you approve it. For subscription and enterprise plans we support your data-handling requirements. Full details on the FAQ page.
