See the trust signals buyers grade you on — before they ghost you.

Paste a chunk of your script. We run a lightweight, in-browser heuristic for the six signals that make a buyer comfortable — error handling, secrets, docs, versioning, input checks, ownership — and show you where the gaps are. Your code never leaves this page.

Tip: drop in the messiest part. The scanner is honest about what's missing — that's the point.

What we look for

Six signals. Most raw scripts hit two or three.

None of these change what your script does. They change whether a stranger believes it's safe to run. That belief is what you're actually selling.

Error handling

Does it fail with a clear message, or crash silently on the buyer's edge case?

No hard-coded secrets

Keys and tokens baked into the file are an instant red flag — and a real risk.

Docs & usage

A header comment and install steps are the difference between a sale and a refund.

Versioning

A version marker signals it's maintained, not abandoned the day after purchase.

Input validation

Guards against the nulls and wrong file types that make "it doesn't work" tickets.

Ownership / license

A clear license tells buyers what they're allowed to do — and that you're legit.

From score to sellable

The scan shows the gap. The sprint closes it.

This tool is deliberately simple — a teaser, not an audit. The Certified Seller Sprint does the real security scan, adds the error handling and docs, writes the listing, and stands behind it with a 90-day badge.
