Agent 01 · Python or n8n
YouTube Autopilot
Drop a video in a folder: AI writes the title and chapters, it uploads, drafts comment replies you approve and collects leads.
Version 1.0.0 · 29 files · 119 KB zip · MIT licence
What it does
- Drop a video in a folder, or plan it in a simple spreadsheet. AI writes an honest title, a description with chapters, tags and hashtags.
- Uploads it, adds it to a playlist and schedules it. An upload that gets interrupted carries on where it stopped.
- Sorts new comments into questions, possible customers, praise and spam, and drafts short replies. Each reply the AI wrote waits for you to read it and approve it.
- Saves people who ask about prices or hiring to a leads list, and sends you a short summary every evening.
What you need
- A computer with Python 3.9 or newer that is on when the runs happen
- The Google account that owns your channel, and a free Google Cloud project (the set-up wizard walks you through it)
- A free AI: Ollama on your computer, or a free Gemini key
- Optional: your own n8n, for the n8n version
Free limits
- YouTube's API is free: 100 uploads and 10,000 units a day per Google project. More needs YouTube's free audit.
- New Google projects upload as private until YouTube's free audit, so scheduled publishing works fully after it.
- Gemini free tier: Google sets daily limits, and each new comment is one AI request (up to 25 a run).
- Custom thumbnails and videos over 15 minutes need a verified channel (free, needs a phone).
Setup time
About 30 minutes
